Responsibilities:
  • Operate SPPA’s 6.6KV and 22KV high voltage distribution network equipment, electrical systems, and apparatus under the direction/instruction of the Authorised Person (AP).
  • Receive, confirm, and execute instructions as directed.

Summary of Role

The incumbent will be responsible for operating SPPA’s 6.6KV and 22KV high voltage distribution network equipment, electrical systems, and apparatus under the direction of the Authorised Person (AP). The role involves executing switching operations safely and accurately in accordance with established procedures, while ensuring reliability and compliance with operational standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Switching Personnel for 22/6.6KV switchgear; experience with SPPG projects will be an advantage.
  • Candidates who have completed and passed relevant training courses for Operation Personnel will be considered an advantage.
  • Displays flexibility and adaptability in meeting project deadlines.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and cash flow, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
  • Supervise the entire project lifecycle, including design, testing, installation, and commissioning.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, suppliers, and business partners to ensure effective communication, coordination, and on-time project delivery.
  • Manage and maintain all project documentation in accordance with client specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and occupational health and safety requirements throughout project execution.

Summary of Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of 66/230/400KV protection and control system projects, ensuring design accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in managing protection and control system projects.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and strong in stakeholder management.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Review tender documents and technical specifications to identify suitable solutions for customers.
  • Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and budgetary proposals in line with project requirements.
  • Provide technical sales support, including product selection and application recommendations.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries, accurate pricing, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Manage repair requests and respond promptly to sales inquiries.

Summary of Role
The Sales Engineer contributes to business growth by providing both technical and commercial support, preparing proposals and quotations, and reviewing tender specifications. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and customers to ensure that all proposals are tailored to meet customer requirements.

 Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Solid technical knowledge of protection relays and electrical systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and able to perform effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
