Responsibilities:
  • To lead all co-ordination activities with external SWC and execute LTA and SMRT projects.
  • To attend all interface and co-ordination meetings with LTA, SMRT, and different System Wide Contractors (SWC).
  • To lead in all projects related site installation schedule and manage our site subcontractors.
  • To monitor and supervise all site related activities and work progress.
  • Documentation preparation e.g. Method Statement and Risk Assessment (MSRA), Project schedule, work procedures.
  • To arrange weekly meetings with internal Project Manager to discuss on work schedule and to plan for resource.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering from a recognised local polytechnic.
  • Relevant site co-ordination experience in LTA/SMRT projects with WSH Safety Co-ordinator Level B certification.
  • Strong interpersonal skill with a positive attitude.
  • A leader who can work under minimum supervision, be independent and pro-active.
  • A team player who is confident to lead, supervise and assist the various Project Manager in all sites related activities.
  • A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight project schedule.
  • Confident in communicating with LTA/SMRT and various SWC.
Responsibilities:

Purchasing:

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing purchase orders based on requisitions.
  • Monitor the status of purchase orders, follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules, and update relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in receiving deliveries and reconciling purchase orders with delivery receipts.
  • Assist in verifying and reconciling supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
  • Assist in maintaining an up-to-date supplier database.

Commercial:

  • Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor the status of customer orders, follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules, and update relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in ensuring on-time delivery of customer orders and reconciling customer delivery notes and tax invoices.
  • Assist in maintaining an up-to-date customer database.

General:

  • Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement, providing valuable feedback on processes and suggesting improvements.
  • Accurately enter order information into the accounting system and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, document preparation, and handling correspondence.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations.

    Job Requirements:

    • Diploma in Business / Procurement / Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 2-3 years of experience; fresh Degree Graduate are welcomed to apply.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff at all levels.
    • Displays initiative and can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Pays strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Demonstrates a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines and ensuring timely task completion.
    • Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar software.
    • Good command of English
    • Proficiency in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts)
